Locals Perspective

Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory located on the Southern tip of the Iberian Peninsular at the entrance to the Mediterranean Sea.
The Rock of Gibraltar is considered a major landmark of the region by many and has at its foot a densely populated City Area, home to approximately 30,000.
Gibraltar can boast of a Subtropical Mediterranean Climate with mild winters and very warm summers and because of its location (Opposite Morocco, Southern Spain) we offer a great variety of different cuisines ranging from British Fish and Chips, Moroccan Tajines or Spanish Paella.

Apart from our Main Sites and whilst we drive you through Gibraltar you will be able to appreciate views, the likes of, Old Gun Emplacements or Tunnel Ventilation Holes, Northern Defences Wall (built by the Moors), King’s Bastion (main battery and key position for General Elliott), Churches, Cathedral, Wellington Front (built by convict labour in 1840), King Charles V Wall, Trafalgar Cemetery, Botanical Gardens, Queen’s Balcony, Princess Caroline Battery, Parson’s Lodge, Evacuation Monument or The Sikorski Monument.
